Professional Development Through Leadership, Cooperation and Information Sharing
OURA is an association of Ontario university registrars and admissions, records, computer systems, recruitment, financial assistance, scholarships, awards, service delivery, graduate studies and other university personnel involved in registrarial work.
The association was formed in 1964 and has continued to develop over the years, providing leadership across a broad range of academic administrative functions.

The OURA website is being updated and migrated to a new platform.
We aim to have the new site published by summer 2026.
Membership
Being involved in OURA connects members to colleagues across the province and provides opportunities for professional development and collaboration. Membership is open to all registrarial staff at Ontario universities.
