BY-LAW I   MEETINGS OF OURA

SECTION 1 - ANNUAL MEETING

  1. Date and place of Annual Meeting
    1. An Annual Meeting shall be held prior to March 1.
    2. The date and place of the Annual Meeting shall be determined at least four months in advance.
    3. The place of the Annual Meeting shall be designated by the Executive Committee.
  2. Agenda for the meeting will include:
    1. President's Report
    2. Treasurer’s Report
    3. Reports and recommendations of Committees/Commissions
    4. Election of officers of the Executive Committee
SECTION 2 - WORKSHOPS
  1. Workshops may be sponsored by OURA:
    1. to exchange information among members;
    2. to develop common procedures, where desirable, applicable to OURA matters;
    3. to provide an opportunity for professional development
     
  2. The Executive Committee may receive recommendations for workshop topics from members of OURA or from its standing committees.
  3.   The Chair of the workshop shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of a written report to the Executive Committee normally within four weeks after the conclusion of the workshop as follows:
    1. a review of the workshop;
    2. specific recommendation(s) arising out of the discussions, where applicable;
    3. final financial statement.
