| Abstract | SEM and SEP are not just buzz words zipping around our campuses - they represent a shift in philosophy that impacts all aspects of our operations. During this session, we will discuss the elements of an effective enrolment management process and system. At its core, we will examine enrolment management’s potential and why it is vital for long term enrolment success. The steps involved in creating an institutional strategic enrolment plan will reveal the interconnections between recruitment, admissions, marketing and retention activities. Emphasis will be on developing the broad concepts of enrolment management and aligning enrolment initiatives with institutional enrolment goals - and how YOU fit into the picture! |
