This session examines the organizational fit of Postdoctoral Fellows with an emphasis on how Carleton University has taken steps to create an accurate database of all Postdocs; educate the campus community about them; develop policies and procedures. Carleton’s work in helping the Postdocs to organize themselves and create their own association as well as funding for postdoctoral fellows will also be discussed.
