| Abstract | This session is aimed at admissions officers and staff who deal with a significant number of academic credentials from Latin America. The session will give an overview of the educational systems of the countries in reference while examining the academic credentials earned at each level of education. Participants will learn how to use the appropriate resources available for the various types of selected credentials. Using the time-tested WES method, you will learn to analyze and understand all pertinent information on selected secondary and university documents, including grading scales, GPAs, paper titles, degree requirements and documentation.
