| Abstract | This workshop will explore the benefits and drawbacks of accepting English for Academic Preparation (EAP) certificates in place of the myriad of certified tests that exist. Joanne Elvy from Algoma University will outline the ways in which undergraduate students have engaged in Algoma's inhouse EAP programming, while Ray Darling from Wilfrid Laurier University will share their experience in creating polices to accept certificates from local EAP providers as well as the results they are seeing to date with graduates from these programs." |
