The 2011 OURA Conference will be held at Deerhurst Resort & Conference Centre near the beautiful Muskoka town of Huntsville, Ontario. Deerhurst is located at 1235 Deerhurst Drive on the shores of Peninsula Lake, a 2.5 hour drive North of Toronto. All conference sessions, meals and functions take place at the Resort.
OURA has reserved a block of guestrooms at Deerhurst for the 2011 Conference. Rooms are available for OURA delegates at the following rates (All rates are for single or double occupancy):

$149 - Junior One-Bedroom Suite
Various Condos are available upon request at special OURA rates:
$159 - One bedroom condo
$229 - Two-bedroom condo

All rooms are subject to 13% HST.

Before making your reservation, please carefully note the following:
You must make your reservation no later than Thursday, February 3, 2011. After this date, the OURA block will be released and rooms may not be available or will only be available at a higher rate. Book early to guarantee a room! Reservations and charges are the responsibility of the individual delegate.
All reservations must be accompanied by a one nights' room and tax deposit, in the form of a cheque, major credit card or by the organization. Deerhurst will not hold any rooms unless a deposit has been made at time of reservation. Any changes to the room reservation can be made up to 7 days prior to guest arrival. This deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to guest arrival. The balance of the guest's full stay is require seven days prior to arrival date. After the seven day window, if the reservation is cancelled or shortened, all amounts paid to Deerhurst Resort will be non-refundable.
A mandatory Resort Fee of $8 per room per day will be charged on top of the room rate. This covers resort shuttle, conference services, newspapers etc. and is standard to most Resorts.
