The Millennial generation has been the focus of universities for the past few years as the target audience for our new student recruiting. As Millennials graduate and enter the workforce, universities as employers are faced with increasing challenges of integrating this new generation into our work environments. This engaging session will examine the challenges of a multi-generational workforce, and will zero in on the emerging conflicts with this newest generation, providing insight and tactics on how we can improve relationships with the workforce of tomorrow.
