The University of Toronto Mississauga has implemented a system that tracks many student transactions within the Registrar's Office, from petitions, academic advising, financial advising and grant applications to attendance tracking, The technology is being integrated into many of these functions.

For financial aid, the system records details of the document pick-up process automatically. This allows for a detailed record trail for each student. This session will present the background and steps taken to implement this system.
