| Abstract | As we all know, the admissions cycle is a busy and stressful time. It is important to give staff the opportunity to discuss what went well, the problems that occurred, what changes are coming for next year and what improvements can be made to procedures. The University of Ottawa will share with you a formula for a post-mortem and retreat that has allowed staff to provide input, find solutions and participate in decisions. Our staff calls themselves the “Dream Team” and they look forward to the yearly retreat as an opportunity to influence their work environment. |
