NEW FOR 2006 - if you are paying by CHEQUE, you can still register on-line and choose the “cheque to follow” payment option. Please ensure you include your name, registration code or a copy of your registration form with your cheque to ensure the funds are allocated to your registration.

Before registering, delegates should review the Conference Program and be prepared to register for one workshop session in each timeslot. Full Delegates will automatically be registered for the plenary sessions and meals. Partial delegates will be registered for the plenary session and relevant meals on the day they are attending. See the complete details on the registration form for fees and entitlements.

NOTE that if you are attending the Post-Conference Workshops AND the Conference, please register for both at the same time as you cannot submit multiple registrations. (There is a separate fee to attend the Post-Conference Workshops).
