Josie Lalonde is a Senior Client Representative at Enterprise Applications and Solutions Integration, University of Toronto. In addition to her current focus on student information systems, Josie’s work at the University of Toronto has spanned the areas of policy development and governance, student services (international admissions, academic appeals), graduate program development and quality assessment, graduate education research and government liaison. Josie is a graduate of the University of Toronto, with a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) in Sociology and Psychology.
