Debbie Hansen, Director of Client Services, York University; Member-at-Large, OURA

Debbie Hansen, Director of Client Services, oversees both future and current front line student service areas at York University focusing on admissions, registrarial, student financial assistance and OSAP. She has served in key positions such as Director of Non-Academic Employee Relations, Associate Registrar and Acting Director in the Office of Student Affairs – with service spanning 30+ years at York. She has served on several pan-university and external committees. Debbie returned to her student service roots in November 2007 to manage and support the one stop vision.
