Heather Kelly

Dr. Heather Kelly is the Director of Student Services at the School of Graduate Studies, University of Toronto and is responsible for the graduate student experience – including recruitment, admissions, registration, enrolment, program progress and financial aid for over 14,500+ graduate students and 1,500+ post-doctoral fellows. She has completed doctorate at OISE/UT with a research interest in the professional lives of university administrators.
